Where are your ceramics made?

Each of our products is handmade in our design studio and porcelain workshop in Enney, Switzerland.

How do you make your ceramics? What materials do you use?

We work with high-quality porcelain that is fired to approximately 1240°C. Our pieces are kiln-fired to high temperatures for full maturity and vitrification of the clay. Our tableware is cast in molds and decorated with food-safe glazes and non-toxic, lead-free materials.

What is the care and maintenance for your ceramics?

Our ceramics are dishwasher safe and can be used in a microwave and electric oven. To extend their lifespan, handwashing is always recommended. Please note that some of our ceramics have unglazed outer surfaces, which may become more prone to staining over time. For deep cleaning, we suggest washing them thoroughly in the dishwasher or using baking soda to remove stains.

The mug I received looks different from the one I thought I ordered.

We do our best to ensure the photos and descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible. However, subtle variations in color or texture may sometimes appear. Each item is handmade, and minor imperfections are welcomed. You may notice small bumps or glaze marks; these do not affect the quality of the pieces and only make them more unique. Please note that all dimensions are approximate.

Are your ceramics and production methods eco-friendly?

We use only natural clay bodies, food-safe glazes, and non-toxic, lead-free materials, all sourced in Switzerland and/or Europe. We reclaim and reuse our clay, and produce in small batches to minimize our environmental footprint. We also aim to pack our ceramics with as little environmental impact as possible, using recycled materials.

Do you offer classes or workshops?

Yes, but not on a regular basis. The best way to find out about upcoming workshops is to subscribe to our newsletter, check our website regularly, or follow us on Instagram for updates.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside of Switzerland due to customs regulations and requirements. Thank you for your understanding.

disclaimer

Please contact us with any questions regarding our products, process, or shipping times. I run the business on my own, producing the items, packaging, fulfilling orders, and handling all the administrative work required to keep things running smoothly. Because of this, response times may be a little slower, so we appreciate your patience.

If your purchase is time-sensitive, please reach out before placing your order, and we’ll provide you with an estimated shipping date.
