GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in 22atelier products. Below are the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase, they are here to explain your rights and if you have any questions you are always welcome to contact us and we will be happy to explain how this works. What is covered here are things such as who you are purchasing from (section 1), how to make an order (section 2), prices (section 4), shipping and delivery (section 6).

General

These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you (“Customer” or “Buyer” or “you” ) place an order from 22atelier (“Company” or “me”) on www.22atelier.com (the “Website”).
By accepting these General Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have your legal guardian’s permission and that you will comply with the General Conditions. You also confirm that you have read the information on personal data and cookies and approve the use of such data in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
The present version of the terms and conditions of sales applies as soon as the website www.22atelier.ch is online. 22atelier can change them at any time.

Orders etc.

The contract between the customer and 22atelier comes into effect after the purchase confirmation and the receipt of payment by 22atelier. Until the receipt of payment, 22atelier remains owner of the products.
The customer may not, under any circumstances, change or cancel the order after the conclusion of the contract.
22atelier may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. 22atelier will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.

Prices, fees etc.

The prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on www.22atelier.ch. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by 22atelier.
The selling price of the products on sale on the Website are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
The prices displayed on the site can be freely modified by 22atelier.
The delivery costs of 22atelier products are not included in the prices displayed on www.22atelier.ch. These are additional costs, in charge of the buyer, which are added to the order at the time of payment.

Methods of payment

The methods of payment are:

– Apple Pay

Shipping and delivery

Products are normally shipped within 5 working days after the payment has been finalised.
The above-mentioned delivery times are for information purposes only and are not binding for 22atelier. The buyer cannot refuse delivery or cancel the contract if the delivery time is longer than the above-mentioned time indications
Orders placed on the Website can be picked up in person by the buyer at the address of 22atelier (Impasse des Cyclamens 5, 1667 Enney). The buyer shall contact 22atelier at the address twentytwoatelier@gmail.com to agree on delivery date.
22atelier products are shipped by postal mail (Poste CH) to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of the order confirmation.
Packages are sent by “economy” mail (not priority). The tracking of the parcels is only possible for the products sent in Switzerland.
By confirming his order, the buyer attests that the delivery address indicated is correct. In the event of incorrect personal details being provided by the buyer, preventing the delivery of the ordered products, 22atelier assumes no responsibility. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to me via email with a picture attached.

Return and exchanges

The products ordered on www.22atelier.ch are neither returned nor exchanged.

Liability

Upon conclusion of the contract, the buyer assumes the entire risk of loss or damage of the ordered products.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and all its content is owned by 22atelier and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without 22 atelier prior written consent.

Waiver

The images on the Website are for illustration purposes only and do not guarantee to reproduce the exact number of products that you would receive at an order, nor the exact appearance, function or origin of the products.

Changes to the General Conditions

22atelier may change these General Conditions at any time. 22atelier will then set forth the changed General Conditions on the Website and they will enter into force once you have accepted them (in connection with a new order through the Website or while browsing the Website).

Governing law and disputes

In the event of a dispute, 22atelier strives to comply with any decision by the relevant national consumer protection authorities.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these general terms and conditions of sale, the place of jurisdiction is the address of 22atelier in Enney, Switzerland. Swiss law is applicable.

Data protection

All personal data collected as a result of purchases made on the Website are treated confidentially and in accordance with legal provisions (cf. bellow private policy).
